If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. If the product(s) is damaged in transit, we will provide an exchange or refund 100% of the purchase price. If the product(s) is not damaged and simply not wanted, we will provide a refund and only accept returns of unused and undamaged products in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
